Architecture Design and Documentation
As we work together through the design process, we will provide you with a clear, transparent path to achieving your desired home. The project starts with a site visit to determine what’s possible. Drawings, including plans and 3D images, are used throughout the design to communicate the design to the client. As the project progresses and details are refined, the drawings are developed further to prepare documentation for the builder, allowing the project to be built.
Construction Stage / Contract Administration.
The construction stage is critical, as the Architect’s involvement during this stage ensures that the project is completed on time and within budget according to the contract documents and intended design. Our involvement during this phase consists of site visits, liaising with the builder, administering the contract between the client and the builder and keeping the client informed of all the progress on site. We keep the client informed of all the progress on site and work closely with all parties to ensure a successful project outcome.
Town Planning
Some projects require Town Planning approval. If this service is required, Wyk Architecture work closely with authorities to successfully obtain planning approval for our projects.
Our inclusive approach guides the client through the various project stages throughout the architectural process. We are happy to discuss the Architectural process with you in more detail.

Interior design services are often included as part of the design scope and documentation package.
The Interior design services can include a full interior design service in which each room is considered and all finishes are chosen or partial Interior design services in which room by room designs, furniture layouts and finishes selections are made.
When Interior and Architectural design are combined on a project it creates inspirational and engaging series of spaces.

Wyk Architecture have successfully obtained approvals for several heritage architectural projects and work closely with clients to ensure their desired design is delicately balanced with council heritage requirements.
